  An hour ago, I got there to pick up a new Alcatel tablet to replace a damaged one since T-Mobile sent me a message to do so. For an entire hour, I waited for an employee to help me and there were only 3 customers in the store. 3. People. 1. Hour. I decided to leave.

  The customer service was exceptional yesterday.. granted there is almost always a long wait time, as expected when dealing with phones and cell phone service, it was worth it. Stephanie, the assistant manager, was helping me and another customer at the same time and we all had so much fun with her. She multi-tasks very very well and was extremely sweet the entire time. She was very thorough and worked quickly. I see reviews here complaining of wait time, but it shouldnt affect your view of the staff because I hear how complicated the job they are doing sometimes is!! Stephanie was very knowledgeable, I only want her assistance from now on because of everything she did for me and the personalization she gave me, EVEN THOUGH she was also helping another customer!! Such a great experience
