  1st Impression upon entering the Showroom. I felt like I was entering a going out of business store. What I mean by this, is my impression of what I see when I 1st walk in there. The showroom is cluttered and looks dated with aisles of stuff that looks like it belongs in the install area. A refresh is definitely needed in the showroom.. The front window is loaded with gigantic rims and wheels. Every time I see a place of business like this I feel like I am doing business with the wrong business. They might as well smoke ciggarettes in there. that's how dingy it felt I had an Alarm installed here, I found them through the Authorized Viper dealer through Vipers website, Work Ethic: I have to say the installer still did an awesome job, they are getting 4 out of 5 stars cause the installer did a fantastic job and was quick. My suggestions to the owner: Please Make some room in the dead areas of the store to put a (NEW) couch (not a craigslist freebie and not something for employees to lounge on) and a TV set with some sort of Cable TV to it. Also it wouldn't hurt to have WiFi available. or maybe a vending machine or coffee bar, something that says to your clients thank you for doing business with us, we value your business so here is an awesome waiting room to sit and relax while we work on your car. I would actually spend an additional $1000.00 dollars of my income yearly here on customization's on my car if you could show me that you care about your clients by making these changes. I know money is hard to come by and not many people do customization's to the car stereo or speakers or what not, but maybe you can start by getting those rims out the window and put some sort of seating area in there to make it comfortable for the people who support you.
